以珙桐冬芽为材料进行组织培养和植株再生研究,结果表明:珙桐冬芽直接诱导丛生芽的最适培养基为WPM+NAA 0.2 mg·L-1+6-BA 3.0 mg·L-1+AC 2.0 g·L-1;珙桐带芽茎段增殖的适宜培养基为WPM+NAA 0.05 mg·L-1+6-BA 1.0 mg·L-1+GA3 2.0 mg·L-1+AC 2.0 g·L-1;生根最佳培养基为White+IBA3.0 mg·L-1+6-BA 1.0 mg·L-1+AC 2.0 g·L-1,在此条件下,根发育良好,植株健壮;组培苗炼苗后移栽,成活率可达80%。 相似文献

Prairie cordgrass (Spartina pectinata Link.) is indigenous throughout most of the continental United States and Canada to 60°N latitude and is well suited to marginal land too wet for maize (Zea mays L.) and switchgrass (Panicum virgatum L.). Evaluations of prairie cordgrass in Europe and North America indicated it has high potential for biomass production, relative to switchgrass, in short‐season areas. Our objective was to describe morphology and biomass production and partitioning in mature stands of ‘Red River’ prairie cordgrass and determine biomass production of natural populations on marginal land. This study was conducted from 2000 to 2008 in eastern South Dakota. Mean biomass production of mature stands of Red River was 12.7 Mg ha?1. Leaves composed >88% of the biomass, and 60% of the tillers had no internodes. Belowground biomass to a depth of approximately 25 cm, not including roots, was 21 Mg ha?1. Tiller density ranged from 683 tillers m?2 for a 10‐year‐old stand to 1140 tillers m?2 for a 4‐year‐old stand. The proaxis was composed of about eight phytomers, with rhizomes originating at proximal nodes and erect tillers at distal nodes. Vegetative propagation was achieved by both phalanx and guerilla growth. Differences among natural populations for biomass were expressed on gravelly marginal land. However, production, averaged across populations, was low (1.37 Mg ha?1) and comparable to ‘Cave‐In‐Rock’ switchgrass (1.67 Mg ha?1) over a 4‐year period. The large carbon storage capacity of prairie cordgrass in proaxes and rhizomes makes it useful for carbon sequestration purposes. Prairie cordgrass should be compared with switchgrass and other C4 perennial grasses along environmental gradients to determine optimum landscape positions for each and to maximize bioenergy production and minimize inputs. 相似文献

为评估色板用于监测和诱捕茶园害虫的可能性,于10月份茶园昆虫盛发期在绍兴和杭州分别选有机、无公害茶园,同时使用10种粘性色板大面积诱捕茶园昆虫和蜘蛛.每种色彩重复10次.结果表明:(1)在两片供试茶园捕获的目、科和种类基本相同.蜘蛛很少.24 h后,绍兴茶园中10种色板共捕获9目53科10200个昆虫和蜘蛛;72 h 后杭州茶园中捕获10目63科21526个昆虫和蜘蛛.(2)同翅目为优势类群.绍兴茶园中,纯白色板诱捕的同翅目种数占该色板捕获的总物种数的15.2%、同翅目个体数占该色板捕获的总个体数的34.1%;其它9种色板诱捕同翅目种数占各自捕获总种数的21.2%~31.0%、同翅目个体数占各自捕获总个体数的45.8%~75.4%.杭州茶园中,纯白、湖蓝和天蓝色板诱捕同翅目种数小于各自捕获的总种数的20%、同翅目个体数小于各自捕获的总个体数的51%;其它7种色板诱捕同翅目种数大于各自捕获的总种数的22.7%,果绿和墨绿诱捕的同翅目个体数占各自诱捕的总个体数的48.6%和49.8%,桃红、素馨黄、土黄、芽绿和桔黄诱捕的同翅目个体数占各自诱捕的总个体数的55.5%~78.1%.绍兴茶园中,素馨黄和芽绿诱捕的粉虱、假眼小绿叶蝉和广翅蜡蝉分别占两种色板诱捕的总个体数的67.7%和50.1%;杭州茶园中,素馨黄和芽绿诱捕的这几种害虫总数分别占二者诱捕的总个体数的70.7% 和59.2%.(3) 捕获的主要是害虫,绍兴茶园中诱捕的害虫数是天敌的1.63倍,杭州茶园中诱捕的害虫数是天敌的2.23倍.(4)色板之间引诱的种数和个体数差异显著.素馨黄和芽绿诱捕的种数和个体数最多、被捕昆虫的群落多样性指数很小,对叶蝉、粉虱和蜡蝉的引诱力最强;土黄和桔黄诱捕的种数和个体数较多、多样性指数较小,对同翅目昆虫的引诱力较强;纯白色诱捕的种数和个体数居中、多样性指数最大,即诱捕的各种昆虫的个体数差别小;果绿、桃红、墨绿和湖蓝诱捕的种数和个体数明显较少、多样性指数也较小;天蓝色诱捕的种数和个体数最少.(5) 寄生蝇类偏嗜蓝色,缨小蜂类、茧蜂类和小蜂类偏嗜芽绿色.建议将素馨黄和芽绿色板与信息素组合,分别用于监测和诱捕叶蝉和粉虱. 相似文献

为了摸清红肉脐橙的花芽分化时期,以便在适宜的时期采取措施调控花芽分化,确保每年都有适宜的花量,为高产稳产奠定基础。2006~2007年,笔者采用石蜡切片法观察了红肉脐橙花芽形态分化过程。结果表明,红肉脐橙花芽分化从11月上旬开始,11月下旬开始萼片分化,翌年1月中旬进入花瓣分化期,2月上旬雄蕊、雌蕊分化开始,每个时期都历时较长。其过程可分为生理分化期、花芽分化期、花萼分化期、花瓣分化期、雄蕊分化期、雌蕊分化期和子房形成期7个时期。红肉脐橙花量大,其花芽分化过程比较缓慢,分化期也较分散,分化时间长,每个时期都有重叠交叉现象。 相似文献

以普通养麦(Fagopyrum esculentum Moench)植株带节茎段为外植体,用正交设计法研究不同激素处理对荞麦腋芽、丛生芽和根的诱导及分化过程的影响,建立了荞麦离体培养快速繁殖技术。极差分析表明,6-BA是诱导荞麦茎段腋芽和根发育的主要因素,TDZ是诱导丛生芽的关键因素。诱导荞麦茎段腋芽发育的最佳培养基为:MS0+6-BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L,腋芽诱导率为67.9%。其中,以第二、三节位的腋芽诱导率较高,达80%以上。诱导荞麦茎段丛生芽发育的最佳培养基为:MS0+6-BA4.0mg/L+TDZ0.06mg/L,丛芽分化率为166.7%。诱导生根的最佳培养基为:1/2MS0+6-BA1.0mg/L+NAA1.0mg/L,生根率为82.8%。该组织培养技术的建立为养麦快速繁殖提供了新途径。 相似文献

以白桦成熟合子胚为外植体,建,3-7白桦合子胚快速不定芽诱导体系:合子胚经消毒纵切后,在培养基WPM+2.0mg·L-16-BA+0.2mg·L-1NAA中,可直接诱导形成不定芽,诱导率最高为93.3%,不定芽诱导数为8.7个;WPM+4.0mg·L-1TDZ上也有较好的诱导效果,不定芽诱导率为90.2%,不定芽诱导数为7.6个,这表明WPM+2.0mg·L-1 6-BA+0.2mg·L-1 NAA是白桦成熟合子胚不定芽诱导的较优培养基。NAA能有效促进嫩茎生根,其最佳浓度为0.2mg·L-1。 相似文献

Aquatic plants develop strong fragment propagation and colonization ability to endure the natural disturbances. However, detailed research of ability to endure the natural disturbances has been lacking to date. Therefore, reproduction (shoot) and colonization (root) of shoot fragments of Potamogeton crispus L. with or without apices were investigated for the effect of apical dominance, and the growth of decapitated shoot fragments at three lengths (2, 4, 6 cm) was compared. Meanwhile, fragment propagation at levels of bud position was studied for bud position effect after escaping from apical dominance. The results showed significant increases occurred in the outgrowth of lateral branches on fragments decapitated compared with the fragments with apices, implying that apical dominance exists. Different lengths of fragments showed little difference in biomass allocations, but significant differences were noted in their propagation. Meanwhile, the effect of bud position was verified, due to the significant difference of average reproduction per node among the three length groups. Thus, the present study has made progress in the current understanding of aquatic plant dispersion among natural systems and contributes to improve methods of in vitro propagation for re-implantation purposes. 相似文献

We examined the contribution of diurnal and nocturnal pollination to male and female reproductive success in Lilium auratum. Plants were bagged for either 12 h during the day or at night to allow either only nocturnal or only diurnal visitors to
forage throughout the flowering period. We found that there was no significant difference in the seed:ovule ratio among diurnally
pollinated, nocturnally pollinated, or control flowers. However, in terms of male reproductive success, it was more advantageous
for the plants to be pollinated both diurnally and nocturnally: the numbers of pollen grains remaining in diurnally pollinated
or nocturnally pollinated flowers were significantly greater than those in control flowers. The total amount of floral volatiles
of L. auratum was significantly higher at night than during the day. The constituents of floral scent of all time series examined were
mostly monoterpenoids, many of which serve as attractants for nocturnal hawkmoths. Such nocturnally biased floral scent emission
of L. auratum might achieve male reproductive success by attracting nocturnal visitors, which may suggest that the relative contribution
